Hey hey, I’m a day late posting this! But it’s all here, hehe.
Did a lot of house keeping, and cooking. I made my favorite Indian curry, I even grind the seeds myself because it’s so much more flavorful. I totally recommend doing this if you can buy the whole seeds, I just use a cheap coffee grinder!
Breakfast: Eggs, nutritional yeast, pumpkin oatmeal and milky coffee!
Lunch: Left over turkey sausage and sticky brown rice + sesame cucumber salad
Pre-workout snack strawberries and greek yogurt smoothie.
The WOD, those front squats! I’m a wimp and only did 83 pounds!

Dinner: Zucchini and bell pepper sautee, chicken and mushroom curry on Korean mixed grains.
Hubby and I split this after dinner 😀 Green tea cookies sounds strange but it’s really good, the filling is more like green tea flavored frosting.
